One of my favorite breakfasts I loved to make for my toddler is Banana Stuffed French Toast.
This is a fairly simple recipe with staple ingredients that you will love to make again and again.
Ingredients:
4 Slices Wheat Bread
1 Banana
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Oil for frying
Cinnamon (optional)
Powdered Sugar (Optional)
Directions:
Peel and cut banana into slices.
Mix together egg, milk, and vanilla.
Dip bread slices in egg mixture. Let Soak.
Place coated bread in frying pan heated with oil.
Cook bread slices on both sides until lightly browned.
Add banana slices on top of 1 slice bread, then place another slice bread on top (making a sandwich)
Continue cooking until french toast is thoroughly cooked.
Drain on paper towels, when cooled sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar
(optional).
Cut into slices and serve.
